GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
As a visitor to our facility, these instructions are intended to provide you with relevent information, which may be critical for your Health and Safety. Please read the instructions below
Visitor Arrival and Departure -
- All visitors are to submit the Site Tour Checklist (Part A) before arriving at Crown facility.
- Upon arrival, you are to report to the reception area and sign in providing all relevent information in the Visitor's book. Inform the receptionist who is hosting your visit.
- You will then be issued a visitor pass, which must be prominently worn at all times. Stay with your host at all times during the site tour.
- Your Crown host will let you sign the Form of Confidentiality Undertaking.
- On your departure, please return your visitor pass to the receptionist. You are not required to sign out.
Personal Protective Equipment/Gear -
- Only those with proper footwear (covering toes & sole) are allowed into the records center.
- The use of personal protective equipment or gear is required in some parts of the facility. All visitors have to comply with these requirements.
Smoking Policy -
- Crown is committed to providing a smoke free work environment and smoking is prohibited inside the building. A designated smoking area is available out-side the building.
Muster Point -
- If the fire alarms goes off, you are to immediately evacuate the building and gather at the muster point (see below). All lifts will not be working and use the staircase instead. Remain calm at all times and move around in an orderly manner.

CONFIDENTIALITY UNDERTAKINGIn consideration of Crown Worldwide Pte Ltd (Crown) Ltd allowing us, as authorised representatives of the organization mentioned in the Visitor Form to review and assess relevant sections of your quality system including your operational premises, for the purpose of providing a systematic and independent assessment of your records storage and management facility, WE hereby undertake and agree that we shall treat as confidential the quality and operational systems of Crown and all information of any and all Crown's clients, in any form or media, including without limitation, trade secrets, know - how, operational processes and procedures, techniques, formulations and associated information, source and object codes, software, computer records, prototypes, samples, devices and technical information (hereinafter referred to as Confidential Information).
We undertake that we shall not at any time henceforth disclose or communicate to any person any such Confidential Information or permit or suffer any act, matter or thing whereby the same may be disclosed or communicated to or ascertained by others including ourselves.
Our attention has been drawn to the Official Secrets Act (Chapter 213, 1985 Revised Edition) and in particular to Section 5 thereof which relates to the safeguarding of official information.
We understand and agree that any breach or neglect of this undertaking may render us liable to prosecution under the Official Secrets Act.
